How to Use
Shake well to mix the water and oil phases. Take out the dropper, squeeze out any excess, then draw up the serum. Apply onto your ring fingers. Rub it with both fingertips, then dab around your eye area 2-3 times in a gentle dotting motion. Starting at the lower inner corner of each eye, gently pull toward the outer corner.
As always, a little goes a long way.
